[Resolved]  Indane Gas — delivery of cylinder

I have gas connection of Indian gas from Punia gas agency Sec. 32 Chandigarh and every time they don't deliver the cylinder in time even they take 20 days when i call them then ans. is today is dry day, aaj delivery nahi aai, our delivery boy is already gone to your place and he reports us that he had delivered the gas. But I did not receive any cylinder. It means they are black the cylinders somewhere. Is there any one how can check it honestly

i have booked a cylinder via online booking my distributor name is gauri enterprises my consumer no is 35083 my login id says your cylinder is delivered but i cannot recieve the delivery of cylinder

Dear Sir/Madam

Required your attention on Delivery on gas Cylinder in time because if we are booking our Gas on after 23 days, why agency people are delivering the same after 20or 21 days. it is difficult to manage with one cylinder for 40 days in a month.

Dear Sir,

As i have already mailed you on 7 Oct 2009 regarding Complaint but till date i have not recieved any response from your end. and now i just wanted to clear one thing that if i have two Cylinder, i can booked other cylinder only after 22 or 23 days and that cylinder could be delivered in next 24 hour but it is not happening we are waiting from last 15 days from the date of booking still not get cylinder .


So kindly request you to look into the matter and solve as soon as possible.

As i am using the services of the above said Gas agency at Kalyanpur which is now not useful anymore for us because agency people or the person who is delivering the Gas at home doing some unauthorised things like they are taking some gas from cylinder and fill another cylinder because of that that particular cylinder is working only 15 days which i was using before 28-30 days but now because of these things we are facing lots of problem not only me so many other people are facing the same problem even we went at your office for clarification they simply told that all these things coming from INDIAN OIL they can't do anything in this regards.

Kindly request you to do the needful in this regards

I am consumer of Rama Indane Faridabad Agency With No. 303.I am unable to book for refil as the tele.No.remains Busy.For the last three days I am trying but in Vain.Please look in to it and help.Kuldip Mehta

I book cylinder on consumer no CX1772488 and booking no is 445661on 13 January 2015 but delivery is not done and there helpline no [protected] is not responsive and also consumer helpline no [protected] is also not responsive.
Please rectify my problem
