I called on 21/10/2011 many times to inform about the huge gas leakage in the gas cylinder every time they say we will send the area supplier man but now even after 24 hours and calling them many times to look in the matter as any miss happening may take place no one has yet taken any pain to resolve the issue. I am consumer of Indane gas agency "M/s Pyare Lal & Sons". This is second encounter of such problem. Today At 0650hrs when I replaced my empty cylinder with the filled one. I heard a leakage sound from cylinder and immediate I disconnected that cylinder. I tried all the emergency nos since that time till 0930hrs . The status of the emergency nos which suppossed to be attended all 24 hrs are as follows:-
1) [protected] This vodafone no was continuously switched off.
[protected] This no is out of service and still printed on the slip.
[protected] This no. is working the the continuously ringing but of no veil as nobody was picking up the same.
4) [protected] This no also ringing till 0930hrs when Mr. Neeraj picked it up and instead of listening to the compalint start teching me on phone and assured me that he will attend the complaint in one and half hour.
Sir, I have encountered the same problem last year also and told the same about non-functioning of emergency nos. I was assured to keep a random check for the these nos. because this is not only my problem this can be happened to any consumer and these nos. should be working properly and given to the responsible persons only whose who can give a quick assistance.
In view of the above, it is requested that corrective measures be taken and this should be left casually.
Please inform me the action taken.
