Indane Gas — Non delivery of bottles

They are not giving delivery after booking withing a week will take 15days to give delivey and saying after 25days of delivery they will book again my question is that how 1nos bottle can run for 50 to 55 days. THey are selling them in black and creating scracity for the registered customers. Also lodgged complaint at surat office but they are also not giving the response. Please take some serious actions or guide me what can be done to bring them on to the right track. pls revert me on [protected]@essar.com

Despite booking of gas cylinder on 21st jan 2011, our Gas Supplier (M/s Golden Gas Service, PVK, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon) has still not delivered gas cylinder (Consumer no. 8849). They keep on deferring delivery and now we are told that it will take 2 more days to deliver. It is with this view, that I, as harrassed customer wish to register my complaint against the agency. Please intruct them to deliver gas immediately.

im from thiruvannamalai dt devikapuram i have pay bill and for cyilineder by agency is not giving cylineder we are waiting for long time in rain and sun in our place people of 20 thousan residing i wish to take necaccary action for this and make the cyliender for home delivery

I booked my gas cylinder on 28 Jan.2011, . 1month & 5 day’s had been passed, but I not got my booked cylinder till now,

My Gas connection No. is: K-8193. I have received reffil on 09/02/11. after that I have booked for reffil gas ceylender on 07/03/11. but till today I have not received reffil Gas ceylender. It is happeing regularly since last 2 years. The name of Gas Agency in kannauj is: Kannauj gas Agency.
Please look into the matter & do the needfull. So that I can receive Reffil gas ceylender timely in comming days.
