Indane — Lpg cylinder delivery is most irregular and takes Rs.10 per cylinder extra for delivery

Lpg cylinder is not delivered timely and the dealer charges Rs.10 per cylinder as delivery charges. I booked for Lpg on 14.03.10. booking No.-896. My consumer No. is-1975. But till 15.04.10 the cylinder is not provided to me when asked for the distributer not behaved properly. Such behaviour of the dealer is in fashion and he is not giving proper service.
