[Resolved] Indane / Kishor Krishna Indane — Non-delivery of refill cylinder

I'm an Indane domestic customer with my consumer no. 971. My distributor is Kishor Krishna Indane (Ph.[protected]. I've booked for refilled cylinder on 30/01/2012 but it is not delivered so far. I had lodged a complain (# 296038) on 14/02/2012, still the problem is not resolved. I'm trying to contact my distributor over phone day after day, but in vain. As a consumer I've the right as applicable. I want necessary action against this issue including its early resolution.

I am very much disappointed on Kishor krishna indane distributer.my consumer no. sp 15494.I have booked Refilled cylinder on 12/06/12 during 1 month it is not delivered.I humbly request to Indian oil company.please look after on this matter.This is not my problem.Also suffer my all neighbors.we suffered not only on this month...during so many months...also i want to say, that this distributor is so mannerless.he has to learn manners.I had complaint, my (complaint No.551159) on 11/07/12.If this problem is going on in future then we have to take another step...
