[Resolved] Indane LPG, Bagajatin Gas Booking, Bp Patuli — Delay of supplying LPG

My consumer No is - B-11790 I have booked my LPG on 11/01/10, with Baghajatin Gas booking Centre , Patuli , till date I havent received my cylinder . while booking they said they will provide in 7-10 days . Till date (25/01/10) I am waiting for the LPG. When called up they cannt give a date of the delivery.there is an abundance supply of LPG but dealers make it a point to harras the customer. My consumer no. is T2686 and I have booked a refill on 1/4/2015 (booking no. 296578) and cash memo was generated on 5/4/15 (cash memo no: [protected]). I have not received the delivery till now. I have tried to contact my distributor (Patuli Indane) several times but they never pick up the phone. This has become a monthly harassment for me. Please take necessary action immediately.
