[Resolved]  Indane LPG Cylinder — late delivery and rude behave

I am consumer of Indian gas pvt ltd. I have connection in Karari Gaon. The agencies name is Hari Singh Gas Service
I have booked my calender on 20th.Jan'2010 & 08th Feb'2010 by online booking but I have not recieved delivery as on date 16.02.2010.
Please resolve my problem

I am consumer of Indian gas pvt ltd. I have connection in West Vinod Nagar. The agencies name is Verma Indian Gas Agency

they are not giving delivery on time. They take 5 to 6 days instead of 2 to 3 days.They behave very rudely when someone ask them about late delivery.

booking date is 21.02.2011
Expected delivery was 27.2.2011

but regret to inform that till today (08.03.2011) we have not received .
we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.
