Indane LPG Domestic Supply — Non supply of gas in limited period

There are no proper supply of gas in my area.Some people at Distribution point have bad behabiour and some are very rude. My number had registered on dt 22.10.11, but no supply of gas till now(22.11.11). what is this?
Black market is open on Rs.700/ pc. My details given below
