dear sir
i am the customer having my connection no. 891 registered with m/s angad enterprises adarsh nagar delhi-110033 for supplying me l p g gas.
sir i am sorry to say that the above said supplier is not doing his job honestly as he doesn't supply the cylinders to the customer in time while the delivery men may be seen selling cylinders to many commercial consumers.some are the irregularities are as under:-
1. he doesn't book the cylinder before 21 days from the delivery of first cylinder. have u been directed the distributers for this?
2. the deliverymen doesn't have the weingh scale
3.some time he denies the booking and the customer is compelled to re-book because the no. of booking he gives he says fake no. u have. and a long spell of time is being spent without gas.
4. the tele. no. displayed on the board is either no reply or replied as a wrong no.
i have complained also previously but no action has been taken and no information was given to me.
i hope this time u will take proper action and also inform me for the same

Black Marketing of LPG — Black Marketing of LPG

I am a resident of Syndicate Bank Officer's Colony, Dubai Gate Hashmetpet, Bowenpally, Secunderabad. I my colony lot of people selling their domestic LPG to hotels @ 650/- and encouraging other to do so as they are getting commission on arranging cylinder. Is there any body to stop this type of illegal work. As per TV ad. this is a crime.

I am a simple living villager. A Bharat Gass Agency is very neer to our village. I have three registered connection of Bharat Gass’s branch named Preet Gass Agency located Gidderbaha. Distt Muktsar Pb. But, I had never got a reffil cylinder at the due date, when we asked the reason about the delay or shortage of Gass to the Agency holder. They never satisfied us. Agency was located in a small Town. There are many shops which were giving the cylinder at rated Rs. 500 or above . Your agency holders giving the cylinders to the shopkeepers for black marketing at high rate (Rs.400)
Please do something.
If you don’t take hard action, they ruin your compny’s reputation.

Indane LPG — Non-availability of domestic LPG cylinders

Sir / Madam,
We, the inhabitants of the town Nabadwip (Dist.-Nadia, W.B-741302.) are facing great problems in booking and receiving domestic LPG cylinders for the last 4-5 months.The Distributor, MAHAPRABHU INDANE SERVICE is failing to deliver booked cylinders to it's genuine domestic consumers even after 1 month of booking.To make the situation even worse, it has recently launched a new rule:a consumer can't book any cylinder within 21 DAYS OF OF THE LAST DELIVERY DATE of a cylinder.This means: if I get a cylinder delivered on 1st Jan, I can't book another within 22nd Jan, even if I book it on 22nd, I GENERALLY don't get a delivery within 20th-22nd of the next month, Feb.This implies that a consumer is actually getting a cylinder only after 1month, 21 days or EVEN MORE. Besides this, the commercial usage of domestic cylinders in Hotels, Restaurants, caterings, vehicles are making the cylinders more scarce. Moreover, the delivery men sent by the Distributor don't bring weighing machines with them and are very reluctant to weigh the cylinders although they demand extra charges over the amount printed on the receipt.
Therefore, on behalf of all the inhabitants of Nabadwip, we prey to the Indane authorities to look into the matter and take appropriate steps to solve the problem as soon as possible.

I am from Kerala. Dealer Name: Vasudha Gas Agencies, Kuttippuram, Tirur Road, Malappuram Dist., Kerala.

I am using Indane LPG since last 3 years. I have booked for additional cylinder 3 years back. I have made several follow ups and request for an additional cylincer. For a common consumer like me, It is not pragmatic to adjust with one cylinder for 40 days.

I am suffering very much without an additional cylincer. I am in dire need of it. Please help me.

I had booked my gas on 25th March & then re-booked it on 30th after discovering that the IVR bbking had not reached the agency though i got the booking No.232 for reference. My consumer No. is 06175 & Agency's name is Tanushree Gas Service, Mayur Vihar, Phase -1, Delhi - 110091. I request you to kindly take strict action as this delay was deliberate due to hike in Price after the budget as the invoice read 30th March with the previous price.

dear sir, parasia is a tahseal pace in m p only one ges agensy in parasia patil ges agency .there is about 15000 connetion by that agency .alwayes show sortege of geses.
But in guru govind sing chock there is a black marketer of lpg cyler have always available ges cylender @ the rate of 550 rs per cyleder .they are doing this bussiness since 10 year .but on action has been taken yet .there is a home behind his shop more then 500 refil lpg cylener always available. but no body is taking action .puple of parasia have to pay 550 of cylender.its going on since long time with large scale .every officer know that but not takeing any action .please red that house and cought them coulerfully.

If you can register a complaint here it means that you have access to internet cause this is wonderful.

Please visit the oil company's website and register your complaint there. I did so with my HP Gas and my case was resolved with a week.

I have a LPG gas connection with Indiane gas under the name BAL KISHAN and number 5137 with distributor SUNDER SHYAM ENTERPRISES at A1B/20 DDA MARKET JANAK PURI N D-59 I have booked my refill on 16/01/2011 booking confirmed by tomogas online 17/01/2011 vide no 13295 no action has been taken by the distributor in my several reminder and reply to me that there is no booking for the same and no refill deliver to me delivery man ask for 600 for refill in black marketing

I am deepak from ludhiana resident of hno 1814 islam ganj ludhiana punjab. i am running small nutri kulcha business and i need cylinders daily my neighbour naresh kumar tinku r/o hno 1816 missusing my brother and other people who left there house to get cylinders and also selling them in black and also affecting other people of the street coz the delivery boy is asking bribe from every person of street coz of him he is selling many cylinders in bulk he has mostly copies of ms bharat gas agency kalgidhar gurdwara road ludhiana nobdy taking action against him kindly take strict action against him wether u can send any person as customer to him u will come to know about the fact. kindly take strict action against it i am also sending copy of the email to higher athorities.
