[Resolved] Indane LPG Gas — Refill Booking

Indane Distributor's telephone[protected] Customer No.153496 When requested for refil booking, the distributor says it is available only online booking. The details he doesn' know. I searched the web for a facility to book online but could not find. I trided customer care tel.No.[protected]. Nobody picking up. Then tried Area manager's No.[protected]. It is always engaged for hours together. What should I do to a refil booking? IOC is supposed to be the window through which the entire world looks at Indian industry. I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor Paruvelil Gas Services, Chengannur, Alappuzha, Kerala. is not supplying gas regularly. My consumer no. is 17348. I have booked for refil on 23/028/2011. My booking number is 240. Then this agency told me "your gas is not booked " .
I request the Authority to intervene and take necessary steps so as to get the cylinder immedeiately.
