Sir, My LPG gas connection falls under your authorised dealer : M/s TEJ ENTERPRISES, Gopalpura Byepass, Jaipur.
My Gas consumer number is 244839. I was regularly getting my refills on time and reasonably right time from booking date.
Recently they have started a new gas booking system on mobile number [protected]. On doing so i am getting the feed back from computer connected to this mobile number that my refill has been booked by IOC / Tej Enterprises on 31.01.12 vide booking no.15843 and the same has been delivered to me on 21.01.12.
First of all how is it possible that as per the computer feed back, i am booking for refill on 31.01.12 and i am getting the refill supply on 21.01.12 ????????
Secondly, the computer do not take fresh booking on my consumer number ????????
Lastly, when contacted TEJ ENTERPRISES OFFICE, they after seeing their computer, advises me to book for my refill on this mobile number [protected] else they do not hear my any grievances?????
Kindly do please look into the matter and resolve this automatic computerised booking system in more consumer friendly manner OTHERWISE THIS IS JUST A HAVOK FOR THE COMMON PUBLIC.
I trust my matter will kindly be looked into immediately or else i will be left with no other alternative to approach CONSUMER COURT and LOCAL DAILIES.
