Indane LPG Gas Cylinder — Non-Delivery

My consumer no. is QG05723 and I had booked a refill no.[protected] on 05.08.2011. I received a SMS message on my telephone no. [protected] at 8.30 p.m on 09.08.2011 that the cylinder has been delivered via cash memo no. 4318. This is absolutely untrue since the gas cylinder has not been delivered. I fear that this is a 'scam' and therefore, as a conscientous citizen, I am lodging this complaint. I hope proper action will be taken and please inform me about the action being taken.

I fear that this is a 'scam' and therefore, as a conscientous citizen, I am lodging this complaint. I hope proper action will be taken and please inform me about the action being taken.
