[Resolved]  Indane LPG Gas — Harrassment no timely supply of gas

My consumer number is 9012485 and last gas booking reference number is 293027 (Dt 23.02.2013), Distributor is Angel Gas Agency at Sabarmati. Since last six months the distributor is harassing in gas supply. No refill booking is being registered up to 20 days from the date of delivery and at least 8 to 10 days taken for the delivery each time. Two times they cancelled my gas booking and not supplying the gas up to 8 to 10 days from the date of booking. Thus the refill delivery is not reaching even up to one month from last refill date. This is the regular practice and we are suffering with this attitude of the company. Our gas cylinder is finished within one month and even after having two cylinder connection we borrow the gas every month because of delayed delivery. Also on contacting the distributor for any help, his behaviour is very rude and rough. Kindly solve our long lasting problem and take action against defaulters/ and such blackmailing distributors.

LPG Division — Delay and harrassment of supplying refill

I booked a refill on 26/12/2007 and was assured delivery within three days.Since no action was forthcoming, I reminded on 4/1/2008 and was assured delivery on the next day, which also did not happen.
To stay without gas in the kitchen is difficult, as I do not have any alternative means of cooking food. Buying food from outside is inconvenient and expensive.
Please let me know, whether this agency of yours is a habitual defaulter. If so, what is your future course of action.My consumer No is 607460 at Versova Gas Services Andheri(w) Mumbai 400058

Indane Gas — no supply of gas from last 10 days

I booked refill of my gas on 9th feb 2008 at Nayyar Gas agency Vikas Puri after a week long trial on phone booking which did'nt happend as there phone was either engaged or not reachable.

We were assured of getting cylender refill by a weeks time, however even after 10 days gone we are unable to get a cylender even after 3 personal visit to agency by my wife.

It is a clear case of harrassment of customer and black marketing by agency of cylenders to outsiders, and not giving service to needy consumers.
I booked my gas on 03.03.08 (9.30 A.M) at Agnihotri Gas Service Sector 37,NOIDA.(Consumer # 16646)
I was assured of getting cylinder within 2 days time, but even after 5 days & personal visit to agency I am unable to get a cylinder.
Moreover their phones are either always engaged or not reachable.
It is a clear case of harrassment of customer and not giving service to a senior citizen like me.

LPG — NO SUPPLY OF LPG

1)we are the employees of NERIST a central government Engineering Institute situated at Nirjuli, Itanagar, Arunachal pradesh. Here there are more than 1000 families are stayaing inside the campus but not getting a single LPG supply from the last 2 months.Here all have their LPG connection card but we dont no what is the problem.Befor 3 months back one person from your company came to our campus from Guwahati and promosed for regular supply but he never fulfilled 1% of his commitment. Sir please take necessary action to help us.
2) Sir is it possible to give a sub agency to our institute to restrict the black marketing.

Dear sir I have booked a cyclinder 23 june Which was delivered
on 27 june as said gas personnel but it was never delivered.I phoned and personnely contacted so many times but all in vain.

We would like to draw your kind attrentione that your dealer M/s.Ludhiana Gas Agency does not supply proper LPG.When we peoples are apporaching over phone they does not pick phone more over if we visit personally to their office for booking purpose.Their staff behaviour is very rude.The ladies whos sitted in there front office they always using rough and rude language and uncessaryly harrs to customer.Sir it is also inform you that my LPG gas no.46224 had booked on 2/8/2008 on above said agency but sir i am very sorry to inform you that till date we did not getting delivery our second cylinder also finished.Sir, we both husband and wife are in service due to this we face lots a problem serveal time i personally visit their office for asking about gas.But they dont bother and always commit today it will delivered but in vain .Till we are not getting the same therefore you are request you kindly look in to the matter and sort our problem on priorty bassis.

Indane LPG Gas — NOt booking supply

Sir.In sect.7 Rohini gas agency by name Rohini Enterprises has 4 tele. numbers but it has been found all the time with busy tone, out of four nos two are always off, other two 7044113, and 7053496 always on busy tone. It means intentionally they keep the receiver down so that they have not to make any booking and they can sell gas in black nduring this festival season.Since yesterday I have been trying to book gas but but till today I didn' get any response except the busy tone.It is their usual behavior.

Indane Gas — Non-delivery of gas and harrassment

My cooking gas distributor is M/s Nataraja Agencies, Yelahanka, Bangalore. Consumer number - 22765. I have read the articles about the RTI activist Mr. Garg, who has got reply from oil companies that there is no waiting period of 21 days for booking of gas cylinder. However, my gas distributor still insists that he will not book cylinder until completion of 21 days. Worse, this distributor takes into consideration the 21 days from the date of delivery (leave alone the date of billing) of the cylinder to the house. Still worse, they take more than 10 days to deliver a cylinder from the date of booking. Hence effectively, my distributor takes a minimum of 31 days for supply of gas. I request the appropriate authorities to look into such matters and advice gas companies to properly monitor and issue guidelines and also to initiate strict action on such gas agencies.
I have booked for refill cylinder on[protected] via online booking on the tel.no. 25611031 from my landline number which was registered with 25611031 a fortnight ago. We had a death in the family (my father) so both gas cylinders got consumed during the 13-day ceremony. Till today[protected] we didnot get the gas refill cylinder and when I rangup to the gas agency I was aghast to know that the gas is not booked at all. Whereas I was even given the booking number of 129 by the online booking people. We still have relatives staying in the house and we are facing a real problem.

FOR ANY COMPLAINT OF LEAKAGE AND TECHNICAL PROBLEM THE DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT PROVIDING ANY TECHNICALLY SOUND PERSON, IT IS REALLY VERY DANGEROUS.

FOR BETTERMENT OF CONSUMERS AND THE COMPANY, THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY STEPS.
