Indane LPG — Non supply of LPG in time
It is deeply regretted that inspite of repeated request and personal approach the agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder booked for more than 15 days inspite of sufficient stock. On querring, the agency says if vender does not deliver the same that cannot do anything. Such play is on going at Punit Gas Agency, Police Colony, Anisabad, Patna. The agency delivers Gas out of term to many consumers and does not maintained priority list. Kindly please advise me in this regard as such an act is not at all desirable.consumer No.PN 7065

Indane Gas-LPG — Non supply of LPG in time
CUSTOMER NO 245150, TEJ ENTERPRISES, MANAV ASHRAM, GOPALPURA MOD, JAIPURIt has been experienced that the LPG booked with the above dealer, is not being supplied properly.
After a lot of pursuation supply is given. Phones are not being attended properly, rather phones are not
being connected with the dealer. No Toll No., SMS No. and no other emergency Nos printed on the Card are contactable. Overall customer service is very poor.
I had booked gas and booking No is given as 2075 fifteen days before but till date it has not been supplied. Dealer's Ph Nos. are not available, always saying busy line.
Please look into the customer service of the Dealer.

However till date neither the cylinder has been delivered nor the Tel no. of the agency is in order now.

Indane / LPG — Non supply of gas cylinder on time
Dear Sir/Madam,Myself Dr. Ravindra Singh, a customer of Indane (customer no. 41312). I have booked my gas at Veer Shiv Gas Agency, Jodhpur on 07.02,11, but not received the gas cylender till today. I also contacted to the agency regarding the isuue but unfortunately, their response was very negative. they told that we have given the supply order to the concerned distributing person and our job is over. now you go and contact the distributing person.
I am trying to contact the distributer but he is not picking-up the call. Now I am helpless and seeking your needful action at the earliest.

My consumer no. T 1524. I had booked gas cylinder M/s Pasupatinath Gas Agency, Bhuwana on 15.04.2012. Either there phone is hook or not working. Please suggest. I AM CONSUMER OF LPG GAS CONSUMER NUMBER BEARING JIH 3569 AT JHALAK INDANE, DORANDA RANCHI. LAST FEW DAYS BACK I WAS DELIVERED LPG GAS CYLINDER, WHICH STOPPED BURNING AFTER 8 DAYS, THE SAME PROBLEM WAS SHOWN TO TECHNICIAN, HE SAID THAT THERE IS WATER INSIDE CYLINDER .
