I Manish kumar Verma bearing Indane Gas consumer number 26189 with your distributor Sumanth Flamogen at Raichur, Karnataka. Due to my official duty at out station I was unable to book any gas cylinder for last few months. For this my gas connection was deactivated. But On the day of 24th July 2012 I submitted the application for reactivation of the connection along with all the necessary documents(PAN Card, Electricity bill, Address proof and other documents related with KYC), at sumanth Flamogen distributor’s office and also sent a copy to Belgaum Office through professional courier. But there is no response from distributor as well as Belgaum office. Then again in this regard I sent a courier after one month to belgaum office but the problem is not solved. Again I sent a Fax through distributor to belgaum office which is also received by Belgaum office. But there is no action taken in this regard. It is very difficult to survive without gas connection from last 4 months. I repeatedly visit the distributor’s office hoping that the connection will be activated but they always said that “the same is not in our hand, you contact Belgaum office as they are not activated your connection”. For this poor service to consumer a complaint is registered at IOCL India bearing complaint No- 676944 on 15th Oct 2012. problem is still not solved Was this information helpful? |

because i use a single cylinder for a period greater than 6 monthsthey say that my consumer no. 31718 registered with shree chella
gas agencies selaiyur, chennai has become dead and i should show
them the ration card for restoring the supply even though i got a valid gas connection book.
