I am the consumer of Sukh Dham Gas Service, Lawrence Road, Delhi. Today morning, 15.8.2010, we had connected new refill, immediately gas started leaking and there was strong smell. We tried to contact Emergency Service Cell Nos.23841235/23846584. After trying for about 3-4 hours, somebody picked up and gave Mobile No. of their Mechanic (Kishan) whose number([protected]) was also connected after lot of efforts and that Mechanic very bluntly told that he was out of station and we should again contact 23841235/23846584 which we could not.
WHAT TYPE OF THIS EMERGENCY SERVICE IS?
WE TRIED A LOT TO CONTACT OUR AREA OFFICER AND AFTER LOT OF EFFORTS WE COULD CONTACT HER.
There should be some foolproof arrangement for such emergency service.

Indane LPG — No response
SirSorry to say you that since 1week passed I had a complaint of non-availability of DBC at Barbil. After 3 /4 month enquiry we got a notice infront of the counter that 'THE COMPAY HAS STOPPED NEW CONNECTION AND DBC TEMPORARILY' . Its ok if the company has taken the decission but that should be informed in that time so costumer will not ask for ; But after repeated asking without any notice on the counter for the information of the costumer and only verbal reply that it is stopped is not a system.
Second thing I had already intimated in this ConsumerComplaints.in but got no result even a mail or phone has not come. So If this website is working for the Costumer Care then please respond systematically or if you are making a farse then please stop it.
