I had booked a cylinder with JN Enterprices
No:28/6
20th main,
BTM 1st stage
BTM Layout, Bangalore
My consumer number is 90706. Cylinder is not delivered to me and when I call to agency they are telling it will be delivered today.But not delivering at all and saying some times that we didn't receive load.
When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.
I request you to please look into the issue.

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/s Nandi Gas Distributor, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara Delhi. My consumer number is 21656. I booked gas on 11.02.11 with the booking no. 5928 but the cylinder has not yet delivered to me till date. When I went to the agency 'n' no. of times to enquire about it, every time they told that it will take time as there is huse waiting list. Finaly on Wednesday (02.03.11), they told me that today it would be deliver but nothing has happened. Today (05.03.11) they are saying that there is no pendency of booking on 11.02.11. On telephone they are not ready to lissen customers properly. they are always in hurry to put the phone. I request you to please look into the issue as its a gerular problem.

When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please... or should I complaint in Consumer Forum..They told me i have to pick my clinder ..they will not send my clinder....pls take action against agency owner.

When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used to ask original documents and ration card for everytime booking. other wise we have to lift the cylinder from their supply point, by wasting our time . I booked my Cooking gas cylinder before 2 months , but still I didn't get cylinder....
When I Try to phone call, they didn't Attended.
Today i Saw the Distributors and asked about it, here also they didn't reply about anything .
