lindane — delay and misbehavior
i have booked for domestic LPG refilling at VICKY AGENCY tagore garden newdelhi on 17-july -2009 and today its 28-july -2009 but i didnt recieve the LPG . they dont attend any phone calls and when i went there and asked why so much delay then they simply say today or tommorow we will send, , , , but no result till today... I am a consumer of Indane Gas Agency, my consumer no. is 32008 M/s Amrit Gas Agency Yamuna Vihar Delhi-110 053. The Gas Agency is supply gas cylinder in very irregularities, they are sending one gas in 45 days after gas booking. The period of gas booking is 25 five days, after book the gas they gas slip send to the Godwon after 12 days, and we are receving the gas cylinder after 15 days. You tell me one gas cylinder not in condition to cooking 45 days. Kindly noted my complaint agaisnt gas agency and took a immediate action agaisnt my complaint.

lindane — MISBEHAVIOR BY AGENCY STAFF
Dear Sir/Mz,I am a customer who had gone to purchase a gas pipe from the indane gas agency located at the Palam Vihar market in Gurgaon on 03 May 08.
The agency staff present there notably a hefty sardarji who was drunk at 1600h in the evening firstly abused me and then nearly assaulted me when I QUESTIONED THE VERACITY of his statement that the gas pipe he was selling would last for five years . Not wanting to aggravate things I had left the place and was later on told by other shopkeepers in the very same market that the said individual was drunk every day and had been behaving the same way with other customers also .
I request that your organisation look into the matter and take appropriate action against the individual lest we the public are forced to take matters into our own hands and publicise your indifferent attitude towards your customers in the media.
