REFILLING
I am a consumer of LPG WITH Raghu Gas Agency ( CONTACT PERSON :- Mr. T.C.SHARMA), Kamala Nehru Market,Khandsa Road, Gurgaon with consumer No3326 which is IOC AGENCY. I have been having DBC double bottle connection for the last 8 years. I am a manager with 6 adults and 2 children in my family. The purpose of DBC has been to avoid refilling problem. For the last 2 months, Raghu Gas Agency has booked over phone on 24th Oct.2009. even till approx.2 months have passed away from the last receiving of the filled bottle. 58 days over now how can we survive in this situation. As Raghu Gas service person are doing misbehave like anything. Secondly, I fail to understand the sanctity of Double Bottle Connection provided to cease and desist from the malaise of timely supply of LPG. I have been getting bureaucratic reply from Raghu Gas Service and consumer has to spend time in the kitchen to physically count 21 days for booking even.
I request you to let me have the DBC SANrefilled cylinder on urgency and Pl. take appropirte action towards this agency. He is spoiling ur brand name by selling the filled bottle in black. most of people are complainting on daily basis. I[censored] see at their agency office more than 100 people are standing every time and doing complaint regarding booking issue and delivery of the bottles. But he has not chaned from last several years. Need ur intervention pl. to resolve the matter. Pl. put the immediate inquiry. Before registering complaint complaint thru mail I was thinking to register the complaint in consumer court and thru my uncle , GM , Indian Oil corporation, Chandigarh. Some has suggested me to go first thru ur official complaint procedure.
