I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT A DEFECTIVE GAS CYLINDER WAS SUPPLIED BY OUR DISTRIBUTORS ON 28.3.2012(BOOKING NO 7430).MY CUSTOMER NO.00235. DUE TO SOME LEAKAGE, MY FAMILY MEMBERS MANAGED FOR 4 DAYS.BUT ON 5TH DAY ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBER HAD EXPERIENCED A DANGEROUS SITUATION AND WAS SAVED BY AN INCH.WHEN I INFORMED MY DISTRIBUTOR, THEY DEMANDED MONEY FOR FRESH CYLINDER IN EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE CYLINDER.BUT WHY WE CONSUMER WILL FACE SUCH HARRASMENT WHEREAS WE WERE COMPLETELY IGNORANT ABOUT THE TECHNICAL FAULT.NOBODY TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPPLY OF DEFECTIVE CYLINDER,BUT DEMAND THE FRESH PAYMENT DUE TO LITTLE CONSUMED CYLINDER.
