Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered a micromax handset.
After so many days my product.( order no.[protected] has been shippped.
But when I tracked the shippment I found the remark as BAD ADDRESS.(NON-DELIVERED) in the AFL COURIER's website.
So, now--- What will be the order status...?
Will it be cancelled?
If so, do it and credit the amount back to my bank account , so that I can place fresh order.
The customer care are not doing a good job.
Please look into this matter at the earliest.
I am really not satisfied with the services.
Take some steps, so that refund is done.
Harassing us a lot.
Not responding to emails immediately.
Bad service.
