Indian Oil Corporation — Air filling on petrol pumps

When i went to a petrol pump of Indian oil and asked them to fill air in my vehicle,they said that there is no air filling facility and misbehaved with me.
They don't feel it their duty to fill air in the tiers of the vehicle.
Then why the hell there are air filling and checking machines....?????!!!!
Very Very much dissapointed.
