[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation — non -booking of gas refill

My customer no. for indane gas with Pradeep enterprises Bhopal is PO42627. Recently , indian oil corp. have changed the procedure of refill booking and introduced online booking thereof. This new system is playing havoc with the customers. Now I am trying to book online refill since last three days but to no avail. And nobody picks up the telephone at the shop of the said dealer. This is causing a lot of inconvenience.
Kindly do the needful.

Pradeep enterprises bhopal — non -booking of gas refill

Despite my several telephone calls , nobody picks up the telephone at the said gas agency.My consumer no. with them is p0042627.Since I am an old lady i can not visit their shop personally for the purpose kindly do the needful soon.
