I HAVE TRAVELLED TODAY FROM SRINAGAR TO DELHI BY FLIGHT NO 6 E 554 SEAT NO. 2 D SINCE I WAS TO ATTEND SOME URGENT MEETING OUR MANAGER AVIATION FUEL STATION , SRINAGAR GOT ME CHECKED AT SRINAGAR AND HE HAS REQUESTED FOR PRIORITY TAG FOR MY LUGGAGE WHICH WAS ASSURED TO US. DURING THE LUGGAGE IDENTIFICATION I DID NOT FIND THIS AND REPORTED THE MATTER TO THE GROUND STAFF WHO WAS DEALING AT THAT TIME NAMELY SHRI S.M WASSI WHO ASSURED ONCE MORE. HE AGAIN MET ME AT THE TIME OF MY BOARDING THE PLANE. BUT TO MY SURPRISE DESPITE OUR ALL PERSONAL REQUESTS PRIORITY TAG WAS NOT ATTACHED TO MY LUGGAGE AND I WAS DELAYED AT DELHI AIR PORT. I THINK THIS IS THE MINIMUM COURTESY AND SERVICE, A AIRLINE CAN PROVIDE WITHOUT ANY FINANCIAL LOSS, OTHERWISE STOP TALKING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISPLAYING SIGNBOARDS AT AIRPORTS AND USE OF SORRY WORD OR APOLOGIES SHOULD BE RESTRICTED. MAY I KNOW FOR WHAT REASON THE CUSTOMER WILL TRY TO TRAVEL IN YOUR AIRLINES. Was this information helpful? |
