I have two domestic gas cylinders. When one cylinder is exhausted I use the second cylinder and make a booking for the first cylinder. After the IVRS system has been introduced only one cylinder is being refilled each month.
Today 12.08.11 my first cylinder finished. So after connecting the second cylinder, I phoned [protected]. I was told that I had booked on 27.07.11 refill order no 251023 and this had been supplied on 6.08.11. That information is correct, but then if this refill booking is not accepted, I may run out of gas before a new refill is supplied.
My understanding is that I am being treated at par with a customer with a single cylinder. That will not be correct as I have gone through all formalities and paid due deposit for the second cylinder. So why should I be denied a second booking?
Faithfully
