INDIAN OIL / GAS CYLINDER — VERY MUCH DELAY DELIVERY

I BOOKED A GAS CYLINDER FOR LONG TIME BACK. BUT YEAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CYLINDER.

SIR,
This month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Shirish Indane Jalgaon (M.S.). at My consumer number is 1877. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the Owner had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue. i face second time this problem.
Delivery boy came my house after 12 days of boolking and he had told me "change your agency next time i dont come your house" and he use very third class language.
Please told me What can I do and talk about this issue to concern person
This is bad effect of your business pramotion.

INDIAN OIL CORPORATION. — Delayed delivery of Gas Cylinders.

I am Manoji Raina, a customer of Indane Gas , the company under the banner of IOC, supplying the refilled domestic gas cylinders. I am registered with their dealers M/s.Riddhi Indane Service, Shop No.7, M.M.Plaza, C-76, Opposite Gurudwara, Clock Tower, Hari Nagar, vide consumer no.4591.
New Delhi-110064. The telephone numbers of M/s. Riddhi Indane Service are[protected] &[protected].
I booked my refilled gas cylinder on 19th August,2010 on company's computerised phone service, Phone no.[protected] vide booking no.104. Till today i,e 28th August,2010 I am without a cooking gas cylinder & have been eating out from last 7 days.I desperately tried to contact Riddhi Indane service, but among the telephone
numbers provided none is responding.
On the top of it, there is no correct e-mail address of the company where the concerned could be contacted. The other telephone numbers of the company itself are not responding, even the telephone of company's corporate office keeps on ringing continuously without any human interference.
I do not know what to do, whom to complaint & where to seek the redressal.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd — Delay in delivery of Gas Cylinders-two cylinders exhausted

Customer No.VE/14330, I am customer in Venkatewwara Enterprises, Sivakasi (code 132992). I have booked for Gas cylinder on 21.2.11 by phone. But Office staffs booking only 7.3.11. Now two Gas cylinder is empty. Due to their improper supply, improper accounts, I am suffering very much. Hence do the needful for delivering Gas in stipulated time. Whenever they asking, Load is not coming. So, take necessary action.

I am a consumer of indian oil corp ltd gas cylinder at yogi gas agency situated at khagaul, patna district zip code 801105, my consumer id is 3394, i am suffering from non delivery/late delivery of gas cylinder, gas delivered after 30-35 days of booking and after delivery we have to wait 15 days for next booking, now you can think yourself how can i maintain my home for 45-55 days by a single cylinder,
many of other consumer and me also gone to meet the official at agency but no one is available to hear us, and also they can not provide us the complain register which is must for any service sector institution.
so please look in the matter and do the needful
