Agency people never pick up the phone for booking.
Always refuses to deliver at home , and harasses the customers to take the refill from the go downs.
Cylinders with broken seals are delivered
Cylinders are under weight
Demands extra money from the customers
No safety guidelines are being followed
Above all , threatens their customer to stop their delivery .
Please help us and convey it to the concerned authority of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION

sirIam an INDANE GAS customer no 8064 with m/s Reliant Indane Service, Wandoor (PO), DIST Malappuram
SAP CODE 177035.
Sorry to inform you that the said agency is not equipped to cope up with the supply as per the demand.I have been facing great difficulty in getting the filled cyilenders even after the wait of 2-3 months after booking.This has become a normal practice here and am greatly troubled by the agency.
pls look into the above problem and get it solved as early as possible.
