This is regarding complaint of BARNALA GAS AGENCY ( INDIAN OIL CORPORATION - INDANE GAS) PHONE NO [protected]

Agency people never pick up the phone for booking.
Always refuses to deliver at home , and harasses the customers to take the refill from the go downs.
Cylinders with broken seals are delivered
Cylinders are under weight
Demands extra money from the customers
No safety guidelines are being followed
Above all , threatens their customer to stop their delivery .
