[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation / Indane Gas — Online booking of gas cylinders

We booked a gas cylinder (indane gas) through the interactive telephone booking system (contact no. [protected]) on 25th April 2011.In response to our booking we received a confirmation number 259823
Our gas agency is Ms Vimal Gas Agency, Palluruthy, Kochi- 682 006 (Phone No.[protected].Even after 45 days of waiting, the booked cylinder was not delivered.When enquied,the gas agency said that they have not received any information on our booking.
We tried to register a complaint through the toll free number [protected] they tried to hold us for a long time,thereafter offered some ineffective advices and subsequently cut the line.

I AM AMIT KUMAR MUKHERJEE, CUSTOMER OF INDEN UNDER RAJARHAT GAS SERVICE. MY CON NO 15052. NOW I CAN NOT BOOKING ON LINE SYSTEM, I CONTRACT MY DISTRIBUTER BUT I AM REFUSED BY HIM. PLEASE HELP.
