I want to launch a complaint against “City Lite” , Barasat Indane Gas Distributor. My Consumer No. is 17165269. On 01.06.213 I booked my Indane Gas through online automated gas booking system. My booking no is 631341. On 14.06.2013 my cash memo was generated no. being[protected]. Till today i.e. on 18.06.2013 ( after 18 days from booking) my Gas is not delivered. Not only this I received a SMS that my Gas is delivered.
This is not the first time that this mal-practice is noticed against “City Lite” , Barasat Indane Gas Distributor.
Kindly make arrangements to deliver the Gas immediately and stop this mal-practice of “City Lite” , Barasat Indane Gas Distributor.

lite — lite is not there in city

lite is not there in pathari at night . lites going on 7:00clock pm then directly come on 11:00pm .pease change timings of lite like 5:00pm to 7:00pm daily please
