Dear Sir,

My name is Krishan Singh Shekhawat and My Consumer No. is 19935, M/s Niranjan Gas agency is not deliver the gas at time , also many time they show their records that they has deliver the Gas , You Know very well that Cylinder Boy can’t deliver the Gas without Entry in Dairy and get the Refill Voucher , I have check with gas agency many time’s when Gas not delivered to me but they show in their system that gas has deliver , I think that they are doing Black marketing of LPG ,

Also from last 2nd December I Try to Call their office , but nobody was pick up the call and no Response from their side ,even their Manager Mr. Durga Singh (As per Staff they are the Manager) [protected] also not Pick up my call ,

The Delivery of gas cylinders are not up to the mark.I am recieving the delivery after 1week
The weight of cylinders are also less by 2 kgs.
The related aggency in this matter is vidya sagar gas agency, rama market, pitampura, delhi-110088.

dear sir
i m live in Baldeo town dist mathura in U.P. (W).
in Baldeo a Gas agency Swati Gas Agency.
jo ki nagar vasiyon ko pareshan kar raha hai vah sabhi ko 45 days delivery de raha hai. aur kahata hai ki jo sellender aapko delivery ke samay deiya gaya hai wah hi saleender hi hamai ab chahie.
gadi k baldeo mai aate hi aadhi se jyada gadi black mai bik jati hai aur bachi hui mai se aadhi gadi hawker le jate hai sesh mai se wah bantata hai.

We had booked for a refill but when the supply was made to our area, we were out and could not avail. On contacting M/s. Abhilash Gas Agencies, North paravur, Ernakulam Dist., Kerala, they told us to wait till the next supply. We requested, whether we can personally go and collect from their depot but in turn, they regretted and told us to wait till next supply. Is this system followed in Indian Oil Corpn. Is there any option to collect the cylinder from their depot, if the delivery at the door step fails. Please communicate, [protected]@yahoo.com
