I am customer of Indian Oil Corporation and my Customer No. is 11463 with M/S Sood Gas Agency, Dhangu Road, Pathankot. I am retired Income tax Officer and before my retirement I was posted at Jammu. During my posting at Jammu my old aged mother above 90 years was staying at Pathankot and due to her old age she could not get refil for some time. After my retirement I got reefle from Sood Gas Agency on 15.11.2010, 31.12.2010 and further on 4.3.2011. After that I visited Sood Gas Agency for reefling but every time I was told that your turn for reefle has not yet been come. After some time when I again and again visited the Gas Agency I was told that your connection has been transferred to Jalandhar. When asked the reason, no reply was given but I was sugested to contact Mr. J.P.Lilwan, Dy. Manager, I.O.C Pathankot. I then visited the office of Mr. Lilwan with an application in detail along with necessary documents on 21.09.2011. Mr. Lilwan marked my application for re-activation the connection after verifying the documents and asked me that he is sending your details to Jalandhar office. After some days when the connection was not re-activated I again visited Mr. Lilwan and explain my difficulty. I am time and again requesting the Sood Gas Agency and Mr. Lilwan for re-activation of my connnection but the same has not been re-activated till date. Therefore, it is requested that the I.O.C.Authorities may kindly be requested to re-activate my connection as my family is in difficulty without gas. Was this information helpful? |
