I would like to bring litigation against M/S INDRA Gas AGENCIES (ph:[protected]), Jawahar Nagar Pondicherry .The agency does not deliver gas cylindre one week after booking. I had booked on 11/05/2011 But the agency telling that the gas cylinder will issue 4 more days after. I am having single cylinder. How can i manage with out cylinder?. While booking this agencies standardly they are telling we are booking now and delivery will happen 7 days after the booking. But it is not happening always. I thing this agency is force to all the customer to buy second cylinder.
I sincerly request you taken necessary action.If not I will loose confidence on I O C administration.
