This is brought to your kind notice that my LPG Indane connection consumer No.1837 in the name of Ajit Kumar Shukla (A.K. Shukla) residence of 199-A&B Gazipur, DDA Flats, Delhi-110096 with Verma Gas Agency, F-6 Pal Market Mandawali, Delhi has been disactivate because of 6 month gap in last booking i.e. 27th of June 2009. As that time I was out of station for official purpose.

Therefore, you are requested to please activate my LPG Indane connection consumer No.1837. At an earliest as I am facing problem due to big joint family.

Gas booked. No delivery till date. Mr. VV Verma & Mr. Gridher, Officers of Indane Gas not responding.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. — ALLOTMENT OF TRANSACTION RIGHT

Sir,

I'm hvaing savings account in SBI Begusarai Branch No. 1502. Since last one month I've applied for Transaction right. I've applied in writing to Branch Manager on 08.08.08. But till date I've not been given the Transaction right. Due to this I'm facing lot of problem for e-Ticket through SBI savings account. Also, I'm unable to transfer my fund to other Bank account in case of any emergency as my family is staying at other location in Gujarat.

Please look into the matter and do the needful for my Transaction right at the earliest.
