Indian Oil Corp. Ltd - Gas Connection — New Gas Connection

I am looking for new Gas Connection in Gurgaon. The Dealer is insiting for taking new Hot Plate from him. I have already hot plate. Does the IOCL is right in its submission. How I can take it forward so that I will get new gas connection without purchasing new hot plate from the Dealer.

Indian Oil — New connection issue problem

Dear Sir,
Please kind to be ur notice that I have applied for NEW GAS CONNECTION on 2/4/09 and thereafter REGISTRATION NO. GOT[protected] FROM SRINGERI ENTERPRISES SCO-21 HUDA SHOPPING COMPLEX SECTOR-7 GURGAON And after that concern authority had done Survey for the same and i have paid RS.150/- for hot plate checking and Survey Report no. is 2047 on 12/5/09
MAIN REASON IS CONCERN THAT I HAVE JOINT FAMILY AND already we have TWo cylinder of Bharat gas Connection and this connection in the name of my Bhabi So, now i have required separate connection so I have applied for the same.
Therefore during survying survey reporter had mentioned that i have two cylinder when these two cylinder of my Bhabi.So i have managing temporary by her help.
Now resulting my new connection process running pending and i have facing the problem
So, please do the needful on urgent basis,

Respected Sir,
I am S.S.Ali from lucknow.I booked for refiilling lpg gas on 6may'12 but on 26 may'12 i had recieved a sms from your side that our booking is cancelled and the gas has not been delivered yet.The generated cash memo no. is 286147.
Kindly look into the matter on priority and let me know about the reason behind it.I will be highly obliged.

How i made a complaint about who are using the domestic LPG Cylinder in their Cars and / or motor vehicles at the subsidise price and How every members of family became the consumer of domestic LPG cylinder only for using those cylinder in his cars / motor vehicles family cost of the general public, who are residing in the same building and kitchen...this is very urgent for preventing the such illegalities and proper justice in this regard.
