I have an Indane Gas Connection thru M/s.Anand Gas Agency, Thammanm, Ernakulam for the last five years. Many times I have noticed that the behaviour of the agency is not up to mark. First, they should understand they are the dealers of a 'Fortune 500' Company. Secondly, the attitude of the Indian Oil Corporation employees is not co-operative. After getting a refill on 01.08.2011, I have tried to book refill thru the IVRS system [protected] but it is understood that once refill is delivered, the distributor has to update the same in their System, unless you can book your next refill. So far, till 7th they have not updated the same and I am unable to book the refill and losing my seniority. Though, this was brought to the notice of the Indian Oil Customer Care at Ernakulam, but to no avail. My past experience with the Indian Oil Sales Officer who is dealing with the said distributor, is not very good and he was advising to cooperate with the distributor instead of solving the problem. What should I do?
