Indian Oil Corporation — No LPG refill for more than 90 days

I am writing this from NILAMBUR (679 329), MALAPPURAM DISTRICT, KERALA. People living in our locality have not received an Indane refill for more than 90 days. The agency guys, MC Gas Agencies, do not answer phone calls. When we go to their office to enquire, they are are unbelievably rude. We also hear cases of residents getting refills out of turn by bribing delivery workers. In fact, this is rampant. Everyone is complaining about this agency for the past several months. But, strangely, no action has been taken against them because, we are told, of their connections to people at high places. Each resident of India, as per the central government order, is entitled to one refill in 45 days. In our case, double that number of days have passed
