Indian oil corporation — No delivery of refill

I am a consumer of ADARSH GAS AGENCY, Saharanpur.My consumer no.is 1850A, I have booked my refill on may 2nd 2009
After 20 days the refill has not delivered to me, I have telephoned about 6 times, but gas agency manager promised me for next day.
Please enquire into the metter and act accordingly.thanks.

my Name is Zala jyotiben Mahendrabhai and I have a connection of Indane gas my consumer no is 18830 . SV No. [protected]. card No.1759195 and get connection from VAIBHAV GAS AGENCY, NR ANAND BAUG SOCIETY, BAVLA - 382220. DIST. AHMEDABAD.
Complaint type : NEVER SUPPLIED CYLINDER TO MY HOME
In addition to the complain, I have booked a cylinder of on date 18/06/09 and till today they have not supply the refiel cylinder to my home. and every time we have to go to their place for new cylinder and they have never supplied the cylinder to our place. This time I have seen that they have supplied the cylinder to some selected places regularly. next to my home they have supplied cylinder regular. and why they have not give that kind of service to every one. If there is any extra charges for it then I am ready to give that charges also. but i dont know that what is their stretagy of distribution. But I want to follow the system of IOC so if it is possible to get delivery of cylinder at my place then I am very thankful and very happy to connect with IOC for their good service.

So, Please inform me that when and how I will get the refiel cylinder from your reputed distributor VAIBHAV GAS AGENCY.

DEAR SIR/MADAME I am a consumer of I.O.C.I am getting cooking gas from bhinga raj indane gas service, bhinga shravasti.My consumer no. is 00063.I booked gas on 17th april 2012.Since then I am trying on the numbers[protected]&222666 provided by the distributor, but nobody is attending the phone& it always remains busy.I do not understand the problem. It seems that the gas is supplied in black market by the booking clerks. At last I went to the agency & requested the booking clerk Mr.Ashish &Mr. Jaiswal to note down my consumer no.for home delivery.Both the clerks told that the refill cylinder was not available.After that they called me on the next working day.In my opinion the booking clerks sell the gas in black market.Due to this the gas becomes short & original consumer becomes puzzled.
