[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation — Petrol Adulteration

Dear all,
I bought petrol worth Rs 420/- in IOC Petrol pump(Ganesh Service Station) near Nizampet x roads, hyderabad.
After that suddenly my bike pickup and mileage has dropped drastically. A day later it suddenly the engine stopped.
When i contacted my bike service station/Showroom, they said that petrol is mixed with some Paint tinner and kerosene.
The smell is also a bit strange. When i asked the same to the manager at Petrol Pump he said that some seed oil will be mixed in petrol and some kind of stuff. He started shouted seriously and tried to threaten me. i just saw the smell of petrol again in that petrol pump and returned home.
Can we do anything regarding this. Isn't there any solution for my problem.
please solve it as soon as possible. please dont degrade the value of indian brands by encouraging such things,

IOC/petrol — adulteration

Hi

I am the consumer of IOC petrol and its products, , , i usually fill the fuel at IOC bunk located at Thiruthani road, r.k.pet.thiruvallur district, tamilnadu -601 302. three day before i fill the fuel vo my vehicle at the above said location and the distributor named PREETHI SERVICE STATION. i previously heared that in that petorol bunk they made adulteration but i use to experience on that day only since after fillup i use to travel around 15-20 kms within that limit my engine was seized...

Because of that petrol bunk lot of consumers are affected and invisibly they spoil the IOC goodwill too...

I request you to take the severe action against that petrol bunk...

Hi all

Even i faced the same problem with my vehicle today afternoon because of ioc petrol bunk at nacharam. They mixed paint thinner in petrol because of which my vehicle engine got damaged completely. We can file a case against these petrol bunks . I think this is the correct solution .

Who all willing to take action against ioc can join me.
