SIR, , I had booked a New Connection with M/S Shilpa Gas Services Site No.1, Rama Vihar, Vill.Majri Karala Road Delhi.. My consumer number is 4131 ( New Registration) Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. SIR, , I had booked a New Connection with M/S Kaptan ganj indane gas service kaptanganj kushinagar up Site No.675, Dharam raj s/o sri sukharaj vill chandrapur post Bodrawar Disst kushinagar up .When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me & not issued new connection. I request you to please look into the issue.

booked a cylender on[protected] but till now the cylender is not given by the dealer on dated[protected]. i booked my cylender at kaptanganj indane gas service kaptanganj kushinagar distibuter of indian oil corporation ltd., Gorakhpur . my consumer no. is 000259
