[Resolved]  Indian Oil Gas Cylinder — delivery of cylinder

My consumer no000724 and I am a resident ADDRESS JAYANTIBAHI RANCHHODBAHI PATEL, 31, SATYAM PARK SOCIETY, BAVLA-382220 DIST AHMEDABAD
(My cell No. is [protected]) M/s VAIBHAV GAS SERVICE (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 15 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them(011-[protected]) remains busy and not answaring, . Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder.
SECOND COMPLAINT :
I AM BOKKING GAS CLINDER DT 18/08/2011 BUT GAS REFILE NOT DELEVERY TO DT 03/08/2011.HE IS VERY CERELESS AGENCE.PLEASE HIS AGENCE CANCLE AND OTHER DISTRBUTERS HE WAS NOT PROPRLY CUSTEMER WAITING LIST.ANY TIME OVER MIND USE.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

M/s H N GAS SERVICE (INDANE GAS) is the distributor of my connection.I had booked gas cylinder on date 21/10/2011. but the gas cylinder is not delivered till now.And we ask them when we will get till they say tuesday, coz tomorrow is holiday sunday they dont work.
What is it.we are empty with gas we have to beg other to give cylinder.this problem doesnt persists with me but many other.They cannot contact you bcoz you dont have a proper medium.please do something about it

Haye sir my self pramod kumar shahi i have bokked my cylinder on 23/12/2011 my consumer no is 24008 i have also received my boking number but not delivered right now they told me delivered a cylinder with in 15 days but it takes 1month. my adrees the jayshree chemical & fertilizer kahrdah nanda bose road khardah kolkata-700117 my distributor is abhijeet enterprise b.t road khardah kolkata-70017.they said delivery boy was not going if you are able take cylinder from agency last 2month delivery boy not come .Pls take some necessary step other wise i have written complain to your head office .

Myself is a customer of Indian Oil's Gas Cylinders for domestic usage. My house is located at NARWANA (HARYANA) My consumer no. is 1516 of narwana gas service located at Dalip Chand market, Narwana distt. Jind Haryana 126116.My gas service provider is very corrupt. He only supply domestic cylinders to those who pay him extra from control rate. He deliver cylinders after 45 days with a lot of disturbance only.His contact no. is [protected]. He often miss behave during delivery on telephone as we ask him for delivery on time. Agency owner Mr. Lamba is very sick of money only. He only instruct his staff to deliver cylinders in black. He never give attention to the customers who are needy and right. My connection is by the name of SUDESH KUMAR and I am suffering a lot. Pl. make any solution or help me how to take legal aid aginst this corrupt agency holder.

TODAY, I WENT THE OFFICE OF DISTRIBUTOR (OMKAR INDIAN) AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE STILL FIVE MORE DAYS REQUIRE FOR DELIVERING THE GAS CYLINDER. THAT MEANS THAT I GET THE DELIVERY OF CYLINDER AFTER 18 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REFILING.
PLEASE TAKE SOME QUICK ACTION WHICH WILL HELP ME IN GETTING OUT OF THIS PROBLEM.

M/S Sood gas services (Indane Gas), Pathankot is the distributor for my connection.I got filled cylinder on15.01.2012 .Now, they are saying that waiting list is not yet cleared of decemberr. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that every time we were harassed to book and get a cylinder. The Telephone no. provided by them ([protected]. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of Gas Cylinder.

Fail to understand why immediate service cannot be render, if complain made within working hours?
Even 24 hours gas leakage service refuse to help or provide IOL direct complain number.
