indian oil/ lpg gas — Late and less weighted Delivery of Cylinders

I am Resident of Lucknow U.P. of Jankipuram Area, I am consumer of Indian Oil Corporation. My consumer No. is 19847. My problem is that my Gas Agency M/s Domestic Gas Service delivers 5 to 7 days after the booking mostly the cylenders are containing Less that 30 Kg. weight sometimes it is as low as 26Kg. Please refer the complain below so far I have not received the gas cylinder. Is There any way to know the Status tru RTI

my second cylinder is about to finish Could you please look in to and arrange the Gas ASAP.
This is not first time I have booked earlier also but ultimately I had to go to ASHU GAS SERVICES to book it again. at the ASHU GAS SERVICES there are three phone no given on the slip[protected],[protected] but they never pick up the phone. it is very frustrating every time we have to go to the Rajouri garden booking office to book the LPG Cylinder. Could you please help.

KOTTAKKAL ,MALAPPURAM DIST,KERALA,WE GOT LAST CYLINDER FILLED ON 29-3-11 AND TODAY IS 5-07-11,THIS PROBLEM IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PYRAMID AND MEGHA DISTRIBUTORS ARE DOING BLACK MARKETING OF GAS AND HERE IN THIS AREA MANY HOTELS ARE USING DOMESTIC GAS

I am resident of Sarita Vihar, Near Appollo Hospital, New Delhi - 110025 lay down the following few lines for your information and an early action,
That sir, the distributors of Indian Oil Corporation and Hindustan Petroleum in this area are supplied the cylinders to sub dealers (shop keepers who are selling gas in retail rate) as and when they receiving stocks. The sub dealers breaking the seals and removing gases 4 to 5 kgs from each cylinder and then they supplied to the homes.
In this are more than hundred of shops (in some shops/houses they are keeping 10 to 25 cylinders for this purpose) for filling the gas from domestic cylinder to small gas cylinder with a capacity of 3 to 4 kgs and into industrial cylinders for a rate of RS. 80 to 85 per kg to poor labours i.e., one domestic cylinder with the capacity of 14 kg is being retailed by Rs. 1, 120 to 1, 190/-
It is therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action to stop the foul play.
