[Resolved] Indian Oil / Indane Gas — Delayed delivery of Gas

This is routine parctice of Ms Jai Jawan Gas Service,dealer of Indane Gas to deliver the Gas very late after repeated requests ,phones.I booked my gas on 06/03/2011.But till date I have not received the refill of my booked gas cylinder that I booked through TOMOGAS booking No. 1028.This is not first time but it is a routine practice. This is with the fact when large Nubmers of consumers having LPG connection in dwarka are using PNG only.this is very pathatic how this much delay is justified by dealer and by IOC.Perhaps this is to promote black marketing by both as consumer has to arrange gas from here and there.

I request to all concern to look into matter .

I had booked for refill Gas Cylinder on 15/08/2011 by phone. But till date I have not received the refill cylinder.

Therefore, I would request you to take necessary action at the earliest.

I Shri Shyamal Ghosh, Connection No. 14205 tried lot of times and ringing as well. But no person picking the telephone Nos.[protected], 228-678 & 228-456 as given by the distributor M/s NEELKAMAL, College Para, Basirhat College, North 24 Pgs .

Therefore, I would request you to Book for refill Cylinder and provide me the same before Durga Puja I shall be highly oblige to you.
