The undersinghed is the Account holder of your bank
of Branch Faridabad HR. My S.B A/C No. 27084.
I have applied for ATM card dated 08.03.2009.But i have received the
card & But I have not received in Pin no. till date whilr enquireying the subject work no body is responding
properly in the branch.Kindly arrange to look into the matter promlly & take
neccessary action in matter pls.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This refers mentioned subject problem while using Indian Overseas Bank atm located in west punjabi bagh new delhi, it happened on 16.10.09, as I gone for withdrawl of of Rs 3000, transaction was unsuccessful so I did not get the money for that...
