I am traveling by 12604 train no. To Chennai tonight from Secunderabad. I am in HA1 Ii AC. The bed linen provided is stained and stinking. The blanket is Damp. Regressive Railway Services. MOR offer lip service and ineffective at ground level in extracting passenger services from vendors and service providers.

Indian Railways — unclean bedding provided
yesterday in train no. 1006 from latur - mumbai, the bedding provided was very unclean. actually it was not given in the laundry and hence we could see hair all over the pillow.Indian Railways — Bedclothes
I have travelled on Neelanchal Exp from Bhuvaneswar to Varanasi on 24 June and made a return journey on 27 june. The bed linen supplied was not washed when going to Varanasi and in the return blanket was not given saying somebody might be using two. I was in a/c 3 tire class.Dr.S.S.C.Chakra Rao, 67-B, Shanti Nagar Kakinada. I have boarded train no 22126on 23rd oct 2017 at 9 AM as train was late.
Waited for beddings but no attendor came to give beddings after that i moved myself to attendor for bedding he just provide me bedsheet and when o asked him for blanket he told me that blankets are not available so he will give it after delhi station .
What type of services railwayis giving .
Due to chillness in AC coach i am not able to sit comfortable because of non availability of blanket .
Even many passengers have same problem attendor had not provided blanket to many passengers kindly look in this matter.
My seat no is 42 in A2 coach

When asked about the paper covers the attendant said that they have stopped covering since past 3 months.

Dynamic Enterprise services vendor "Mr. Dhruv" pillow and blanket provider want Mony for pillow and using abusing language when I deny to give money for pillow. This type of vendors for service provider hiring or adopted Indian railways.

Dynamic Enterprise services vendor "Mr. Dhruv" pillow and blanket provider want Money for pillow and using abusing language when I deny to give money for pillow. This type of vendors for service provider hiring or adopted Indian railways.

Our PNR No is[protected] traveling by 15631 in 3AC on 02 Dec 2019. Coach No B2 seat No 23 & 24. He provides us only clean bed sheet. Remaining clothing was used. He told make online complaint to railway. I am having only this clothing. His behaviour was very rude. You are requested to take necessary action please.
