I Placed an order on www.indiaonlineflorists.com with order# HIOF-[protected] for the delivery of flowers, message card, Fastrack belt, Chocalates and Heart cushion. I Placed the order on 12/02/2014 with delivery date as 14/02/2014. Paid through debit card in full at the time of placing order.
Now (15/02/2014), product is still not delivered and since 14/02/2014 I have tried all their listed 24 hours customer service no. [protected], [protected], [protected] and sent 9 emails on their website. There is no response from any of these. Phone numbers provided are always busy and emails sent there is only auto responses.
They were highlighting valentine day guaranteed delivery on their home page continuously. In face still they are highlighting even though its over. But they are just misguiding customers like me.
Earnestly request you to kindly help in categorizing this website as FRAUD or to be BANNED so that we can benefit other consumers for not going to this website.

Indiaonlineflorists.com — Failure to deliver my order and no refund
Recently I had a worst experience with indiaonlineflorists.com. I paid for a Rakhi Gift (order no:IOF-[protected] ) which they did not deliver. After many emails, I got a response few weeks afer Rakhi was over, saying can we deliver you the gift now. As the gift was for a Rakhi and was over by few weeks, I asked them not to deliver the gift and refund my money. I did several email exchange with their so called customer support, but until today (it's 2 months now) I am struggling to get my money back.The website looks very professional in the first look, but in my opinion is either a fraud company or do not bother about customer service.Please help me for getting my money back. If requires, I can provide more detail like, order date and no., my back transaction record, my communications with indiaonlineflorists.com.
