I spoke to customer support and placed an order, they said they have service in the provided pin code. I placed an order on 6th Dec '16 and the order was suppose to be delivered on 8th Dec '16. I pad Rs. 1135 through my credit card. I get an email 8th Dec '16 at 03:52 PM the cake is not available choose another product. I called on 9th Dec '16 at 12 pm and spoke to a RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL agent by Name VEDARATI, she says there is no service at the given location. I asked her to transfer the call to the floor Manager and she denies. This company is playing with customer's emotions and cheating customer's. They are keeping the customer's money and playing a big game. I want this email to be taken to the company owner's notice. order # HIOF[protected].
