Indiatimes.com — email id authetification failed error

Respected Sir, I"m Sumit Arora from New Delhi, requests u to please solve my problem as, i"m a very old customer of indiatimes mail, my id is not working & gives error, that email id authetification failed?, error i"m using this id from many years, this happened at 6:30 pm evening, on 1-03-09 suddenly when i"m busy in sending my important mails.i have very very imp data in my email id regarding my business & many more, please reopen my email id as possible as earlier.my alternative id is [protected]@gmail.com. waiting for a hopefully & great response from yours side.

In my Indiatimes mail id: [protected]@indiatimes.com. Is not open in last three weeks to till date. I have stored lot of business related mail in this id. But unable to open this id . While opening the email id message is displayed as under .

i have ordered 3 quantity of the same books with the Item Number / Product Number : 2651392 ("Trek the Sahyadris by Harish Kapadia") from indiatimes.com, crossword merchant. but received only one book. i have sent my complaint via sms and email to indiatimes on[protected]. i received a reply via email, dated[protected], saying that the complaint will be resolver in 6 days time. since then all my further emails have bounced.
i have phoned indiatimes customer care several times as well, but got only evasive answers! last time i talked to some mr manoj kumar, he could not tell me what happened to the missing books and when they will be delivered. on my insistence to speak to his superior he gave evasive answers, such as that his superior was too busy. on my further insistence he told me that a mr govind would contact me shortly. needless to say nobody contacted me till now.
previously some mr vivek from the complaints department was supposed to contact me, but no one has ever called back.
till now nobody has contacted me, nor have i received the missing books, nor have i received a refund.

pls give solution immediately

Indiatimes — unable to open indiatimes id

I am unable to open my email id since last 2 weeks due to routine maintainence .
I have to check my urgent mails .
Please take action as soon as possible.

Indiatimes Mail service — indiatimes mail is not opening ..

i m facing problem while opening my indiatimes email accound. its very bad news for all user which use indiatimes mail service..
and indiatimes mail are also sending lots of bulk spammy mail which not subscribe from user
very bad practices from this organization ...
