[Resolved]  Indiatimes.com — not open in our indiatimes mail id

Dear sir,
In my Indiatimes mail id: [protected]@indiatimes.com. Is not open in last week to till date. I am store in lot of business related mail store inthis id. But I am open time below message display

I have recieved the product out of my order No.[protected]. But I have not received the gift voucher worth Rs. 2240/- so far inspite of my continuous reminders and mails. Recently, about 6 days back when I insisted on this in your Customer Care, they assured me that within 24 or 48 hrs I will bw receiving the gift voucher. But now I have not received any message nor gift vouchers. Just now I contacted your customer care again and they said to contact this mail ID. I wonder, how long I have to wait to get my gift voucher. Kindly do the needful early, so that I want to purchase some more products even though it is in excess of gift money. This I have told your persons also.

mail id has been blocked — i am unable to login in my indiatimes mail id

Indiatimes.com — Bought a Faulty Tool Kit

We have bought a faulty tool kit from Indiatimes.com on 06.10.09 order no :[protected]. Once it was reported faulty they have aggreed to refund the money & arrange to pick up the tool kit from us. Complain Ni given by them 6805. Nobody has turned yet to pick up the kit.

Looks like once the sell happen they are just least bothered. We never though that such a big set up can beheave so unethicaly.

Request you to help us to resolve the issue. Its not about Rs 1000, its about feeling cheated.
