I am sorry to bring in your kind notice that today, I was insulted by your check in stuff in Kolkata airport, while I was traveling from kolkata to Guwahati by 6E 292, seat no: 2C, having PNR No: Q2Q8MC . Instead of helping me out in the checki-in counter, they pushed the luggage trolley in such a way, that it hit me from behind and with no regret, they misbehaved with me.
