Indigo Airline cancelled on 11 Feb,2008, flight from Delhi to Mumbai on 14 Feb,2008. Your staff offered alternate flight on Goair for all six passengers. This was accepted & paid for. As advised by your staff the necessary cancellation was also done online at the same time. At first one staff member advised that full refund will be received by me in 7 days. A subsequent enquiry this was increased to 3 weeks. On enquiring today as to why has the money not be refunded, my complaint was passed to the concerned department & I have been advised that it will be another 7 days before the money will be refunded. To say the least this is most unfair & shakes my confidence in Ezeego. I insist that my money be refunded as a matter o[censored]rgency immediately. Was this information helpful? |
